Woodway’s are far and away the most unique treadmill you will come across. They are built with an incredibly sturdy metal frame and instead of a drive belt and wooden deck, the running surface is comprised of revolving rubber slats with aluminum backing. The result is the most smooth running experience possible on a treadmill. But making repairs to this unit is far from usual, so we have gone to Woodway HQ for tech training and certification.
The Woodway in this picture required a tensioning calibration of the belt because it was sagging. We can also replaced broken slats (we use slats that have a comparable amount of wear to the remainder of the belt), replace the entire belt, replace the motor or incline motor, replace damaged circuit boards, replace the console, etc.
