We work on all types of stepmills but one of the most common we see is the classic Stairmaster SM5. This Starmaster SM5 was out of order because no lights would come on. This happened to be a very popular machine at this gym because it was( is) the only Stairmaster they have; the owner was extremely pleased when we were able to bring it back to life.

We ran a diagnostic to determine what parts needed replacement - a few electronic parts had burned up.

It came back to life but upon testing it was very bumpy. We re-tensioned the drive chain to the proper length and tuned it up with some fresh lubricant. Good as new.
