This was a major repair to 2 like new Full Commercial Life Fitness ellipticals. This out of warranty repair solved the problem of a very annoying bumping feeling and sound. Our diagnostic determined the main drive shaft to be the problem. We removed all the plastic shroud, both rocker arm assemblies, removed the main drive shaft from the frame and installed the new shaft. Once that was in we carefully placed all the parts back to the original spec so that the timing of the unit was perfect, smooth, and in sync.

An elliptical like this can cost about 10K so being able to repair these made our clients very happy.
