The Preserve Fitness Center has been without update for a few years, and the homeowners who were using the gym had accumulated a multitude of residential grade equipment inside the fitness center.
Also, the treadmills were arranged in a way that is a big industry no-no. The back of the treadmills did not have at least 5 ft of clearance behind them.
This project was a few hours worth of rearranging the room and haul a lot of removals to the pickup truck. Here is the result.
